0 Wentzville, MO Wentzville, MO Part-time PRN Part-time PRN $20 - $30 an hour $20 - $30 an hour We are looking for a full time, experienced orthopedic radiology tech for our busy orthopedic clinic in Creve Coeur, MO.
Motion Orthopedics is looking to add a quality X-ray technologist.
The X-ray tech will be working with multi-specialty physicians in a clinical setting 4 to 5 days per week 8-5, no weekends or holidays! This is a fast-paced environment.
You must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal direction.
You must be a team player who likes to take initiative and be willing to assist other team members when needed.
The X-ray tech needs to calmly explain the x-ray process and answer any questions the patient may have.
This person will correctly position the patient, adjust the imaging equipment to the specified position as per protocols.
Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure both to themselves and the patient Follow correct techniques and procedures such as patient shielding Maintain a safe and clean working environment Ortho experience preferred but not required.
The Radiology tech position is Monday through Friday and comes with a $200 per year clothing allowance.
