Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products or services.
Sorting, distributing, and organizing incoming mail, along with preparing various correspondence and presentations.
Providing administrative support to other departments as needed, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
Assisting receptionists, sales representatives, and account executives in their day-to-day tasks, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Managing office supplies inventory to ensure availability and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of strong time management skills, enabling efficient multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in administrative tasks.
Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment, such as email platforms, chat systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred, demonstrating a successful history of accomplishment.
Current hours for role.
Tuesday to Friday 12 to 6pm.
