Louis and Saint Charles area.
The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the apartment community.
Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents Answer telephone and internet leads Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.
Assist with day to day operations
Qualifications:
Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) At least 1 year of Customer Service or Hospitality Yardi software experience preferred Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers We offer a competitive compensations packages including commission.
