We are looking for an respectful and dependable security officer that would like an opportunity for advancement within the company as we expand.
We currently have open full time and part time positions.
The positions open are stationary security positions working with a team of two other security officers on your shift.
Shifts:
2nd and 3rds with set weekly schedules.
Job Purpose:
Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Duties:
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry.
Obtains help by coordinating with other security officers on a shift.
You work as a team.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Controls traffic by directing drivers.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Lifting, Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skill Duties:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment - Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas - Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as needed - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Enforce access control procedures to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities Skills:
- Strong observation and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Basic computer skills for report writing and record keeping Job Types:
