Responsibilities:
File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, verification of benefits and explanation of coverage.
Day to day front office duties, including answering phones, and checking out patients.
Working up Treatment plan estimates for in-network and out-of-network insurances.
Review fees with patients and set up any necessary payment arrangements.
Utilize Dentrix Ascend for patient scheduling and records.
Greet and welcome patients.
Our customer service experience is top priority.
We go above and beyond to make every patient experience exceptional.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well with others.
Well organized and a self starter.
Reliable in accuracy and attendance.
Minimum of 4 years dental experience Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Customer service is a top priority.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others is a must.
We have a very fun upbeat office and look forward to welcoming a new team member! Office is open Mon, Tue, Wed 10-5pm / Thur 9-4 / Fri 9-3.
