Monday - Friday, approximately 8:
30am - 4:
30pm (may sometimes vary) Work Location:
In Person at Home Based Business in Wentzville, Missouri Organized, detail-oriented, motivated and loyal are required attributes.
No experience necessary (all training can be provided), but all qualifications are a must (see below)! RESPONSIBILITIES Perform responsibilities in a home-based real estate/construction company around a very active family and business (responsibilities to be performed on site).
Homeschool Aid for Two Children:
1) Order books through library system.
Track arrivals, make library pickups and returns.
2) Prepare school lessons with already established curriculum, including cutting, copying, scanning and retrieving worksheets, inserting materials into the lessons, gathering supplies and generally keeping material organized and ready to be taught.
3) Record all school minutes into time tracking spreadsheet.
Help with three children, including taking them to various activities using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement to be provided).
Aid in planning and preparing for family, school or business events.
Coordinate children's extracurricular activities.
Assist Business Manager with various responsibilities as necessary.
Check and manage calendar to track events, send reminders and oversee others do not miss calendar events.
Track personal/business orders and refunds; make returns.
Oversee Facebook Marketplace/Craigslist listings.
Handle household tasks, including but not limited to laundry, organizing personal/business areas, helping to keep picked up and generally clean, etc.
Opportunities available to housesit, dog sit, or babysit for short or more extended periods, including vacations.
QUALIFICATIONS Strong problem-solving skills, Proactive self-starter, Professional attitude, Good people skills, and Independent thinker and worker.
No Experience Necessary (all training to be provided).
