Provide timely feedback and advice to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns based upon an analysis and evaluation of situations as they arise and develop policies, practices and courses of action to improve customer relations.
Review Back Order Report daily and, independently make decisions regarding re-routing of product to accounts outside the local geographic delivery area to meet changing demands with no or limited supervision.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product availability, based upon an analysis and evaluation of Company product and resources.
Ability to research and obtain information in response to customer inquiries and orders in readily available sources, such as files, manuals, and directories (both hard copy and electronic data storage systems).
Ability to compare and evaluate possible courses of conduct and actions regarding customer needs and Company resources and to plan a course of action and act accordingly to meet customer needs.
Negotiate with customers and suppliers to resolve customer concerns and take actions needed to resolve customer disputes and meet customer needs, including, but not limited to establishing rebate programs for current customers, making back order deliveries or determining re-allocation of Company resources to allow for the delivery of back orders as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and good customer relations.
TM may also transport samples of products for presentations.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.
Meet requirements of the Vehicle Safety Program.
Communicate terms to customers and work with the credit department and client to collect all balances due based on approved credit terms.
Lift/carry laptop and product weighing 1-40 lbs.

Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department.
Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (for example, out of stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.

Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.
Attend and participate in general sales and other meetings.
Ability to process written and electronic forms using written and electronic communications.
Effectively communicate the Kuna value proposition and introduce new products to secure additional sales based upon an evaluation of customer needs, Company resources and goals.
Collaborate with brokers on new product selection for existing customers.
Perform quality work within deadlines without direct supervision.
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees, customers and organizations.
Perform other related duties as assigned and as the need arises from situation to situation.
