MassageLuXe is currently searching for a part-time or full-time sales associate to join our team at our Wentzville Location! Qualified candidates will be able to:
Sell memberships and assist in retaining members Work independently and possess excellent attention to detail Deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests Assist in carrying out the daily operations of a busy membership-based spa Greet members, check members in/out for appointments, schedule appointments Maintain a professional work ethic and appearance Exude enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude Answer telephones and make appointment reminder phone calls Assist with general cleaning of the spa, including laundry Handle cash and credit transactions Be comfortable using a computer-based scheduling program Work closely with management to achieve the spa's goals Required qualifications include:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Must have at least 1 year of sales experience in the service/retail industry Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience Must be able to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner Must have high school diploma or equivalent
