Whether it's working with estate planning, elder law, business succession planning, special needs planning, or probates & trust administration, our clients and attorneys know they can count on you.
You serve as a dependable point of contact for clients, answering their questions and documenting their needs during the intake process and throughout their relationship with the firm.
Your warm personality and estate planning industry expertise provide invaluable reassurance as you explain what to expect during the legal process.
You're good at building client relationships, but you truly shine when it comes to the balancing act that the administrative aspects of this job require! In fact, you make it look easy and leave us all wondering where you hide your cape.
Determined and thorough, you draft promissory notes and deeds, review financial statements, compile inventories of estate & trust assets and prepare accountings, and obtain copies of any needed documents such as deeds, assessor information, and filings with the Secretary of State.
You also draft and review correspondence, pleadings, and estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
