Part Time #1 (approx.
20 sessions/week) - Mondays between 9-11a and 2:
30-4p (break from 11a-2:
30p), Tuesdays from 9a-12p and 2:
30p-7p (break from 12-2:
30p), Wednesdays from 9a-11a, Thursdays from 9a-12p, Fridays from 9a-11a.
No weekends.
Part Time #2 (approx.
4 sessions/week) - Tuesdays between 10a-12p and 2:
30-4:
00p (break between 12-2:
30p).
No evenings or weekends.
Option to pick up shifts as coverage for other teammates.
Training starts in mid-February 2023 for the Spring season.
IDEAL CANDIDATE Confidently competent; demonstrated experience engaging and enthusiastically leading children between the ages of 2-8.
Experience with soccer (player, coach, etc).
Early Childhood Education background preferred but not required.
Gifted with patience, excellent imagination, and stellar silly face.
Caring and others-oriented; known for engaging with children through specific and positive affirmations.
Fervent in ensuring the safety and health of those we serve.
Learning mindset; motivated and seeking growth, professional development, and continuous improvement.
Driven and responsible, known for delivering results, honoring commitments, being organized and on-time.
Believes the team comes before self and is team-oriented but is also comfortable working individually and/or remotely throughout the week.
