Wage $21.
60, per hour
(2nd shift) 5% shift premium.
Job Duties:
Oversee daily production assisting associates where required which incorporates a hands-on approach combined with positive guidance in all processes.
Be visible and assume leadership in continuous improvement Ensure new associates receive adequate training considering job procedures, quality and health and safety.
Responsible for new process set up and tear down Ensure associates are following all rules and codes of conduct Ensure associates who may have been involved in incidents/accidents receive the proper care, including documentation of such Ensure general housekeeping practices are adhered to.
Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Familiar with TS and ISO requirements Demonstrated organizational, communication and computer skills Previous leadership experience, is a must Excellent problem-solving abilities Must have an maintain a valid driver's license Job Type:
